Paul Simpson, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, assumed responsibility for the Company Secretariat in November 2007.
Deputy company secretary
Denise Robinson has been with the Company since 1995 and has held a variety of roles within the Company Secretariat. She is a qualified Chartered Secretary.
Denise is responsible for managing the Company Secretarial Department, including corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, the day-to-day administration and managing the Group's various employee share schemes.
