Executive directors

Chief Executive Officer, Malcolm Fallen

Malcolm Fallen was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in November 2003, having held the interim role since September 2003. He joined the Group as Chief Financial Officer in January 2001 from Eircom plc, where he had been Chief Financial Officer since March 1999. Prior to his appointment, he was Group Finance Director with British Biotech plc and he was previously Finance Director (Personal Communications Division) with British Telecommunications plc (1995-1997). Malcolm is a graduate in economics from Queen's College, Cambridge and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen & Co. London.

Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, Paul Simpson

Paul Simpson joined the Company in 2000. He gained extensive knowledge of the Group over the following four years through a range of roles embracing Strategic Planning, Business Analysis and most recently as the Group's Head of Corporate Finance. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in May 2004. Paul joined the Group from Ernst & Young, having been closely involved with the floatation of Kingston in 1999. Paul was appointed as Company Secretary in November 2007.

Neil Gower, Executive Director

Neil Gower joined the Board in May 2004. He is the executive director responsible for our engineering and network operations for the Group. He has spent 25 years with the Company.

Paul Renucci, Executive Director

Paul Renucci joined the KCOM Group as Managing Director of Affiniti in April 2007. He joined the Board in November 2007 and has executive responsibility for Affiniti. He has 20 years of industry experience, through roles that have included MD of Damovo and President of Nortel's Enterprise division in EMEA.

Kevin Walsh, Executive Director

Kevin Walsh was the Managing Director of our East Yorkshire business from April 2003. He joined the Board in May 2004 and has executive responsibility for our Kingston Communications' businesses. He has been with the Company since 2000.
