“On top of that, the 0870 number provides us with an additional revenue stream. It also enhances the service we can give to our customers. It’s easier for them to understand; they only need to remember one number and they are quickly put through to the right person to help them.”

Kcom also provides corporate internet access via cost-effective Leased Lines through an 8Mb connection, on which the 20 offices rely for connectivity to Routeco’s business critical applications, as well as sending/receiving emails and browsing the internet.
