When you join the KCOM Group you'll attend an induction day, where you'll find out what the Group's all about and how your role fits into the bigger picture. We also operate a Performance Appraisal programme where you will have a regular opportunity to sit down and have a 1-1 with your line manager where you can discuss your development needs and career aspirations, and agree on a Personal Development Plan.

Your learning and development requirements will be met by high-quality providers and, where appropriate, formal training courses will be supported by learning resources such as books and online learning sessions. One thing we do ask for in return is your commitment to not only fully contribute and own your development plan but, that you take responsibility to follow it through - with our help of course!
