Service Description

Centrex for use in a multiple dwelling site *, where dwelling means a place of residence and not used as an office warehouse or a place of business.

Restrictions

To qualify there will be 150 or more rooms per site* with a minimum of 1 Centrex line per room.

Calls will be pre-paid and routed via a 0800 service. Calls to other rooms on site will be free to the caller.

Customers will be able to receive incoming calls. Their line will be programmed to prevent all other outgoing calls except to emergency organisations (999 & 112) and fault repair service (151).

The lines will not be capable of receiving incoming reverse charge calls.

a single set of premises or
different sets of premises where none of the sets of premises in question is more than 200 metres in lateral distance from any other.

A single set of premises excludes the public highway.
