In the event of disconnection, a reconnection charge of £4.26 exc .VAT (£5.00 inc. VAT) will be applied to all Karoo Dial-Up packages.

Calls are timed to the next whole minute. A set-up charge of 5.106p exc. VAT (6.00p inc. VAT) is applicable on periods wholly or partially outside the uncharged periods. Karoo HomeTime allows Kingston customers to make uncharged calls to specified number ranges, in a designated time period for a monthly fee.

Payment for Karoo HomeTime is by monthly or annual direct debit or by quarterly or annual cash payments. No other payment methods are available to new Karoo customers or existing customers changing Karoo Internet packages. All rental charges are payable in advance.
Customers wishing to pay annually by either direct debit or cash payment will benefit from 12 months for the price of 11, by receiving 1 months discount.
