Conditions
The minimum term is 12 months. You cannot cancel your existing contract whilst within the minimum period. Telephone line rental charges apply to all of the above, consisting of a one off connection charge and an annual Line Rental (see Exchange lines section of the Price Manual for details).

Prices are identical to existing KC Broadband products, and customers will receive a rebate from Business Link Humber dependent on the conditions detailed below. Business customers who qualify for this discount are identified within a database confirmed by Business Link Humber.

Link
Business Link Humber will give £300, on a first come first served basis, for customers that qualify under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). To be included for the grant, the following eligibility criteria must be met. Qualifying businesses must not already have a broadband service, must employ less than 250 employees and not have a turnover of more than £17,800,000. Your premises must be included in the ERDF postcode checker at http://www.objectivetwo.co.uk/home/
Retail businesses do not qualify unless your business manufactures. Non-manufacturing businesses qualify if your clients are mainly other business customers or your customers are mainly outside your local area.

Further Business Broadband Subsidy Scheme Conditions from BLH;
i) BLH award of the grant is discretionary and they determine whether the grant is offered.

iii) The Grant scheme aim is to encourage SMEs to connect to Broadband.
iv) The grant is paid directly to the SME after installation and on sight of a 12 month subscription to broadband. Invoice for the connection required.
v) Eligible costs include rental, connection and equipment costs.
vi) The grant funding covers costs up to £300.
vii) BLH neither pay nor refund VAT.
viii) BLH may require monitoring reports and e-business reviews.
ix) BLH reserve the right to publicise its involvement with the Project.
x) The grant is not available retrospectively to businesses that already have broadband.
