Kingston NetCare, NetCare Plus and Non-Contracted Internet Support
Service Description
Kingston NetCare is provided in two forms - NetCare and NetCare Plus. Available on Kingston supplied Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) for the following access types: ADSL with NetCare only, ISDN with Netcare or NetCare Plus and Leased Lines with Netcare or NetCare Plus.
Kingston NetCare
Kingston NetCare is available on all supplied CPE with an Internet Access contract. Kingston supplied routers with an Internet Access contract are at no extra cost and offer a 10 working hour time to repair, where fault repair working hours are defined as occurring between 8.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Saturday except Public Holidays. The 10 working hours makes this service a Next Business Day repair. If faults are reported on Saturday, Kingston's 10 hours repair time starts at the time of the call until 6.00pm and will continue again on Monday at 8.00am.
Telephone support offers 2 working hour time to support, where support working hours are defined as occurring between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.
Available on ADSL and ISDN lines. Kingston supplied CPE can be upgraded to NetCare at additional charges.
Kingston NetCare Plus
For Fault Repair NetCare Plus offers a target 5-clock hour fault repair and operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including Bank and Public Holidays. (24/7/5)
Telephone support offers 1 working hour time to support, where support working hours are defined as occurring between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday except Public Holidays.
Available on Leased lines and ISDN lines. Other Kingston supplied CPE with these access types can be upgraded to NetCare or NetCare Plus at additional charges.
