UPS (uninterruptible power supply) for PON installations - this unit provides 3 hours of standby power to maintain communications when the mains power fails in customer's premises, the unit is to supply KC equipment only and remains the property and responsibility of KC at all times.

1. You must take the Managed UPS Service for the minimum period you have specified and thereafter you shall be entitled to renew the service for additional periods of 12 months. If the provision of the Managed UPS Service terminates prior to the end of the agreed minimum period for any reason we reserve the right to charge you all of the charges that would have fallen due up until the end of the minimum period on an accelerated basis less a 10% discount for early payment.
1. If you take a Service that is directly connected using Kingston’s passive optical network ('PON'), you will be responsible for providing a mains electricity supply to use with the Service, You acknowledge that your Service will be interrupted if the provision of mains power fails for any reason.
2. If you take our Managed UPS Service at any Site;
