MobilePlus is a scheme that is available to residential customers who are on a KC Talk plan.
For a monthly fee, customers receive a 25% reduction on the standard KC Talk pence per minute cost when dialling UK mobiles on an evening. This reduction does not apply to the ‘call set up fee’ element of the call. The reduction will be automatic when the call is made and will not appear under the customer discount schemes on their telephone bill. The reduction will be applied at the time of the call.
Any other applicable discounts will be applied AFTER the MobilePlus call reduction has occurred. For example, if the evening rate cost to a UK mobile is 9p per minute and the customer has MobilePlus, the rate for an evening call to a UK mobile will be 6.75p per minute, plus the call set up fee. If a customer then has a UK Mobile number registered as a Kingston Favourite and Saver, a 20% discount will then be applied to the reduced rate.
If a customers has inclusive minutes on a weekend to UK mobiles (KC Talk2, 3 & 4) and they are registered with MobilePlus, once their inclusive minutes have been used, MobilePlus will discount calls made on a Saturday and Sunday evening to UK mobiles.
