Service Description

Option 30 is a discount scheme aimed at high spend Centrex business customers. For an annual fee the customer is eligible for a 30% discount on direct dialled, out of area calls. This applies to trunk calls and specifically excludesKingstoncalls. Calls made to mobile telephones (including international mobiles) are eligible for a 5% discount.@
The 30% discount is on direct dialled out of area calls e.g. national and international calls.
Discounts are on the published Centrex Call Rates
The discount is applicable on a per site basis*
The scheme is open to customers spending over £8,000 per annum (exc. VAT) on out of area calls.
Customers will pay an initial fee, which will apply up to the next date of payment of their annual rental and will be equivalent to the annual fee pro-rata.
The lines to which site-based discount schemes apply must be classified as business lines and rented from Kingston Communications by the customer or the customers wholly owned subsidiaries.

* A site for the purposes of determining discounts means:
- a single set of premises; or
- different sets of premises where none of the sets of premises in question is more than 200 metres in lateral distance from any other.
A single set of premises excludes the public highway and means:
- premises whose boundaries touch and which are owned or occupied by a single person.
This scheme specifically excludes Kingston Local numbers and calls to non-geographic numbers (i.e. those numbers starting 05, 07, 08 or 09). It also excludes calls made using an Operator or a Charge Card. Similarly, calls to Directory Enquiry Services and all other Operator Services do not apply.

It is not available on the following line types: Analogue Local & UK National, ISDN2e Local & National, ISDN30e Local & National, Low Loss Lines Local & UK National, Shared Service Lines & Business Superway Local & UK National.

Service Description

Option 30 International is an additional discount scheme for business customers who have registered with the Option 30 discount scheme. The customer is eligible for a further 10% / 15%= discount on up to 15 nominated international countries, selected from a list of popular destinations. International mobile numbers are excluded from the discount. The first 5 countries can be selected free of charge.

Each country nominated for Option 30 International will be registered against a position between 1 and 15. Customers are only able to change the Destination/Country in each position once every quarter, or once every month, depending on their billing cycle.

The 10% / 15%= discount is on direct dialled international calls to countries that the customer has chosen from the tables below (excluding calls to international mobiles).

Further international destinations can be nominated from the tables below.

For a nominal fee customers can choose countries in further multiples of 5 countries up to a maximum of 15 countries in total. Although discounts are grouped into multiples of 5, less than 5 destinations can be selected. The full charge for each scheme is still applicable.
Option 30 Discount Scheme restrictions apply (except for line/service type exclusion).

Exclusions:

The Countries marked with an asterix (*) in the table below are not eligible for discount for customers with the following line/service type:
