| Option 20 Plus No Longer Available For New Supply |
Qualification
Customers with Centrex Tariffs only can benefit from reduced calls to the four main UK mobile networks. Call spend criteria, scheme entry fees and the amount of permissible destinations in the International variations remain the same.
The new tariffs will offer the same levels of fixed-fixed discount as currently, dependent on customer’s spend and will continue to apply on a site-by-site basis. Aggregating spend from different sites to qualify for additional discount is not permissible.
Note – As the discounts have been included in the pence per minute rates, percentage savings will not be shown on the customer’s bill as with the current scheme, except for international calls.
Customers will continue to benefit from a 20% discount on calls to UK fixed geographic destinations (Numbers beginning 01 & 02) and International numbers that are not charged at a premium rate. Local and data calls will be charged as previously.

Note – These rates replace the 5% discount on calls to mobile networks that operates in the current Options scheme. Option 20 Plus customers will no longer benefit from this discount.
Option 20 Plus International
Customers on the existing Option 20 International scheme can continue to benefit from the additional discounts on calls to selected international destinations, but qualifying lines must be migrated to the Option 20 Plus tariff to benefit from the reduced fixed to mobile rates.
The charging structure and permissible destinations will remain as the existing Option 20 International scheme currently operates. For all other chargebands (PSxx, PRxx, PNxx etc.) there are no available discounts. These calls should be billed at the standard Busines Rates.
