Standard charges apply to international calls made from the UK unless customers have subscribed to the International Traveller Service or a Country Calling Plan in which case the charges set out below apply to such calls.

See below for details of the countries contained within each zone.

For residential customers a bond may be required on application for access to these number ranges unless the customer has a 3 month clear bill record.

The following table lists the rates at which reduced priced international calls can be made from the UK where a customer has selected one of the countries listed below. Note that only one Country Calling Plan can be enabled per subscriber at any one time.

  • Within the European country being visited
  • From a European country back to the UK
  • Within Europe
• * European countries included - Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Faeroe Islands, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Isle Of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and UK.

Customer Requirements
This will attach to any KC Business Mobile connection with voice.

Charging Structure
£10.00 inc. VAT (£8.51 exc. VAT) per minute

Call Charges
25.00p inc. VAT (21.28p exc. VAT) per minute

Customers can add the Bolt On for just one month or choose a recurring Bolt On, which will only be removed at their request - both cost £10.00 (£8.51) per month.

Ireland Bolt-On (Mobile)

Add Ireland Bolt On and all calls made within the Republic of Ireland and back to the UK from there will be at a discounted rate.

Chosen Country - Spain

Service Description

• Free received calls in Spain*
• A flat rate of 25.00ppm inc. VAT (21.28p exc. VAT) per minute for calls made whilst roaming in Spain for:
  • Calls within Spain
  • Calls back to the UK and countries in Zones 1 and 2

This will attach to voice connections that are on a 'KC Business' tariff only
