A total of 30 free off-peak and weekend minutes per month available to UK geographic numbers, mobile numbers, WAP services, message and fax retrieval and standard calls. Any un-used minutes from this allowance are lost; they cannot be carried forward to the next month.
Calls in excess of this 30 minute limit and to all other number ranges are charged at the rates detailed below.

The following features are available free of charge:
Customers should note that a minimum contract period of 12 months applies for each mobile number activated on these services. If more than one mobile number is activated on a single account, a minimum period of 12 months shall apply to each number from the date of connection to the KC network. Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing, clearly stating each of the numbers requiring disconnection. A final invoice detailing all outstanding charges will be sent in due course.
Following completion of the minimum contract period notice of cancellation should be provided in writing 30 days prior to the required date.
In circumstances where customers have requested that a mobile number is ceased, and they have chosen to spread payment for mobile phones and/or accessories related to that number over a period of time, the balance outstanding will be presented in full on a final invoice following disconnection.

Weekend: All day Saturday & Sunday
