Delivery is not included in these rates. Delivery has a subsequent charge of £6.50 Exc. VAT (£7.64 Inc VAT) per unit dispatched singularly to an address. For orders dispatched in bulk to one address the first unit will be charged at £6.50 Exc. VAT (£7.64 Inc VAT), each subsequent unit will be charged at £0.50 Exc. VAT (£0.59 Inc VAT) subject to being processed and delivered at the same time to the same address.

Notes: A like-for-like advanced replacement handset will be delivered FOC in all cases, when the faulty handset is collected, within 24 hours of reporting the fault. The temporary, replacement handset must be surrendered when the faulty handset is returned.
