Charging Structure

1. All above tariffs are for a 24 month contract term
2. Free calls to any O2 / KC mobiles, these are not taken out of the bundle
3. Calls from the UK to: UK fixed line, UK Mobile, EU fixed line and EU mobile are included within the inclusive calls.
4. A bundle of inclusive minutes and texts, with unused mins and texts rolling over for a month
5. Calls to voicemail are free
6. Every line can have 0.5 MB of data included and there is the option to add an additional data bundle

Call Charges after inclusive minutes are used : 

*Calls to O2 mobiles are only charged if the fair use limit of 2000 mins per month is exceeded

• Calls from the UK to any EU country will be charged at 8p per minuteexc. VAT (9.40p inc. VAT) Included countries -  Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, San Marino, Switzerland.

Terms and Conditions

1. Free calls to O2 / KC Mobiles are free provided that both mobiles are in the UK. Usage is capped at 2000 minutes per month for each mobile in your account.
2. Excess charges: If any mobile uses more than 2000 minutes per month then excess minutes will be deducted from any Inclusive Minutes available with your tariff, and if the number of minutes to be deducted exceeds the Inclusive Minutes available, then calls will be charged at the published tariff rate for fixed-line calls.
3. Inclusive Minutes can be used for calls made in the UK only; to UK fixed-lines, UK mobiles. UK fixed-lines and EU fixed and Mobiles. Numbers most begin with 01, 02, 03 or 08.
4. On all tariffs calls to 07744 and 07755 numbers are excluded, these calls will be charged at 21.28p exc. VAT (25.00p inc. VAT) per minute at all times.
5. On all tariffs calls to numbers which begin with 500, 800, 808, 0500, 0550, 05511, 05516, 0553, 0554, 0555, 0556, 0557, 0558, 0559, 056, 0800, 0808, 0808125, 0820, 0843, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0872 & 0873 are excluded, these calls will be charged at 17.00p exc. VAT (19.98p inc. VAT) per minute at all times. There are some numbers which are exceptions to the above rule. You can find details about these at http://www.o2.co.uk/specialnumbers
