Kingston BusinessDirect is an Indirect Access service available for single-line and PBX system business customers, with BT lines, throughout the UK. The service is not available within the Kingston Communications service area.
Customers can prefix their called number with a 'pin code'. The prefix dictates that the telephone call being made should be sent via KC, who in turn will invoice the customer for the call as opposed to the PTO who, own the line from which the call was made.
