If you're an existing KCOM customer, you can add your discount in the KCOM eSIM app.

1. Open the KCOM eSIM app and go to Settings.
2. Select KCOM Discount.
3. Enter your KCOM account reference, which you'll find on your KCOM bill.
4. Follow the instructions to submit your details.

Once we've confirmed you're eligible, your discount will be applied to your eSIM plan.

You can keep using your KCOM eSIM wherever you live in the UK.

However, if you move out of the KCOM service area, cancel your KCOM broadband and/or voice service, or end your contract early, you'll no longer be eligible for your KCOM discount. Your eSIM will continue at the standard price of £26 a month, subject to the terms of your eSIM plan.

Most modern smartphones and tablets support eSIM. To check, go to your device settings and look for an option to Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan, or see our compatible devices list.

The quickest way to know if your phone is eSIM compatible is to dial *#06# from your phone's calling app. If a 32-digit EID (Embedded SIM ID) number appears on your screen, your device supports eSIM hardware.

Still unsure? Don't worry. The KCOM eSIM app runs a compatibility check before you buy to confirm your device supports eSIM.

Please note, KCOM eSIM doesn't currently support Apple Watch.

1. Sign up in the KCOM eSIM app and choose your plan.
2. After completing payment, you'll see the option to Install eSIM.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install your eSIM and choose whether to use it as your primary or secondary line.
4. Your eSIM should activate almost instantly, although it can sometimes take a few minutes.

Please note: if you're an existing KCOM broadband and/or voice customer, you'll need your account reference, which you'll find on your KCOM bill, to get your discount.

Yes. You'll need a stable internet connection, such as Wi-Fi or mobile data, to download and install your eSIM. Once it's installed, your eSIM connects to the network without needing Wi-Fi.

KCOM eSIM uses the Vodafone network to provide mobile coverage across the UK. Coverage and speeds can vary depending on your location, device and local network conditions.

You can check coverage in your area using the Vodafone coverage checker.

KCOM eSIM is a monthly rolling plan. You're billed when you sign up, then on the same date each month while your service is active.

For example, if you join on the 1st, you'll be billed on the 1st of every month until you pause or cancel.

No, your eSIM is billed separately from your KCOM services, through the KCOM eSIM app.

Your plan includes unlimited UK calls, texts and data (Fair Usage Policy applies).

It doesn't currently include calls or texts to non-standard rate numbers and services, including:

• Numbers starting with 08, except freephone 080 numbers
• Numbers starting with 070 or 076
• Numbers starting with 09
• Premium-rate numbers
• Chargeable short codes
• Directory enquiry services, including 118 numbers
• Subscription services

Yes. In the KCOM eSIM app, you can add a travel data eSIM whenever you need one. Just choose your destination and data amount. Install it before you travel and it will activate automatically when you arrive.
