Shareholder portal
Our interactive Shareholder Portal allows you as a shareholder to access your shareholding wherever and whenever you want to.
The Portal enables you to:
- Check your shareholding in the KCOM Group PLC
- Get an indication of the value of your shareholding
- Register to have your dividends paid directly into your bank account
- View your dividend history
- Register for electronic communications from KCOM Group PLC
- Change your address
- Buy and sell shares online
- Registering is easy; simply visit our website at www.kcom-shares.com (opens in new window)
If you are a new user click on 'Register new user' and follow the instructions.
- Enter your Investor Code, surname and postcode. Your Investor Code is printed on your share certificate or tax voucher.
- Select a password You will be sent a letter to your registered address containing your username and once-off activation code which you will need to securely complete the registration process.
If you are already registered for online services through Capita Registrars' website you will need to re-register to be able to use the new facility and to sign-up to receive ecommunications. To re-register follow the above instructions for new users.
