Kcom is the first in the UK to be recognised and granted the prestigious global Data Expert Specialisation certificate, which was created by Avaya to recognise those Partners that have the skills and experience necessary to design, implement and maintain complex networking solutions.

Together with Kcom’s existing capabilities in Unified Communications, Contact Centre and Video, the managed services provider will be able to take further advantage of the ability to design and deliver solutions that use the whole Avaya portfolio, maximising the potential return on investment for customers.
