Kcom praised for City of London “partnership”
Kcom, has been praised for its partnership approach to managing the City of London’s website.

Serving 9,000 residents and a working population of around a third of a million, as well as UK and foreign visitors, the site receives an average of 160,000 visitors a month and provides a vital public service, offering access to local information, services and resources.
Keith Harvey, City of London’s senior business analyst, said a true technical partnership was needed to run and upgrade the entire website and its back-end application: “Kcom was a natural partner and the ISO accreditation is important to us. We want a credible provider offering a robust quality who can provide support when we need it, not just when it suits them. If we were to go offline, even for vital maintenance, it would have a detrimental effect on our service.”
