Kcom are delighted to announce that they have been shortlisted for the Institute of Customer Service’s Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy Award.

Kcom are delighted to announce that they have been shortlisted for the Institute of Customer Service’s Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy Award. This award is open to any organisation that has measurably improved its customer satisfaction rating.  We were able to show a clear strategic plan designed to leave a lasting legacy of a new relationship between Kcom and our customers. The judges were looking for clear evidence of an improvement in customer satisfaction and an insight into the decision making process that lead to the strategy being developed.

The judging closes in December with the winners announced at an awards ceremonywhich is to be held at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on 6th March 2012. To be nominated is an amazing achievement and is a testament to how far we have come in such a short space of time. We may have only just begun our customer experience journey, but this nomination gives us the confidence that we are on the right track and the determination to continue to deliver inspirational customer experiences.
