Kcom celebrates renewal of Cisco Master Managed Services Partner and Cisco Master Unified Communications Status.

Kcom, part of the KCOM Group, is celebrating having its Managed Services Partner Status renewed for the third consecutive year, and its Unified Communications Master status for the fourth consecutive year.

They continue to be only a handful of organisations in the UK to hold both of these certifications. A Master Partner is the highest partnership classification under Cisco’s rigorous certification programme. Cisco’s Master Certified Partners are recognised and rewarded for having a team of trained individuals who are capable of achieving and demonstrating the highest level of expertise in designing, implementing and supporting Cisco solutions, and Kcom were especially acknowledged by Cisco for having over 15 CCIE’s (Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts), which is one of the highest number of CCIE’s for one partner in the UK

For the past 15 years Kcom have been a Cisco Gold Partner and in that time have gained ten Cisco Partner Specialisations, testament to their commitment to drive innovation; ensuring their customers are utilising technologies that will provide maximum business benefits..

Recently, Kcom have also celebrated winning ‘Most Notable Customer Win’ at Avaya’s annual Partner Connect event. The award, which highlighted the long standing partnership Avaya and Kcom have, was given in recognition of the solution developed for Admiral Insurance. Admiral selected Kcom as their preferred partner for the provision of Intelligent Network Services, Outbound Services, WAN Services, Internet Provision, TDM & IP Voice Maintenance, LAN Maintenance, Dialler, Contact Centre, Managed Service and New Technology Upgrades using Avaya technologies, for 5 years.
