Suzette Bouzane Meadows

Suzette is the Contact Centre Association’s Director of the Year for 2016 and is well known in the customer experience industry. She has a certification from MiT in big data and analytics and is passionate about improving the level of insight that organisations have around customer behaviour.

Suzette is originally from Canada and has held many leadership roles covering areas including strategy, research and development, sales, pre-sales, marketing, delivery and support. Her current focus is to apply her extensive knowledge and experience to help organisations transform. Suzette’s consulting engagements have helped customers understand and redefine their customer experience strategy, leading to better customer outcomes and higher efficiency.
