Our Inbound Voice service is designed to help you handle incoming calls efficiently.

We let you choose between the caller paying for calls, sharing the costs with the caller or providing free calls using non-geographic numbers.

Numbers

08, 09 and 03 telephone numbers give you a professional image and a recognisable identity. We provide a range of non-geographic numbers to suit your requirements.

0800 Freephone

If you want the maximum response to a marketing campaign or if customer care is a priority a 0800 freephone number is ideal. 

0845 Local Rate

A 0845 number lets customers call from anywhere in the UK at a lower rate charge. 0845 numbers are perfect if your business needs a number that’s accessible for all UK customers. 

0870 National Rate

A single number providing a national identity for your organisation. 

03 Numbers

Calls to 03 numbers cost no more than calls to national geographic numbers (starting 01 or 02).

Local Presence

You can select the area code of your choice and route it through to another chosen number. This creates the appearance of a ‘local presence’ in a particular area, without having to invest in local offices and resources.

0844 & 0871 Numbers

These numbers provide flexibility through a range of tariffs designed to meet your business needs.

09 Numbers

Our inbound voice system allows you to decide where to send your calls. You can route according to the following factors:
