Our Indirect service utilises the existing BT network infrastructure (Wholesale Line Rental), which means we can provide our full range of Outbound Voice products and services anywhere in the UK.

The services we can provide indirectly are:

  • PSTN (analogue) lines
  • Full range of supplementary calling & network services

To complement the connectivity methods, we carry traffic via Carrier Pre-Select which involves programming a pre-determined code at the local BT exchange to automatically send calls via the Kcom network.

If you want to keep your current line provider, we can still carry your call traffic across our highly resilient, fully integrated digital network.   This is a completely seamless transition and requires no user intervention or additional on-site equipment.

Homeworkers– Indirect connect can also be extended to homeworkers and is accessed via an indirect access code, which means employees working from home are able to have their calls automatically charged directly to their place of business whilst retaining their line with their current supplier.  This eliminates the need to handle telephone expense claims.
