9. My account

9.1 Online account management is available to residential customers. It is an additional part of your service that allows you to access billing information and utilise other services relevant to you.

9.2 Online account management is provided to you subject to the Terms and Conditions agreed with you for the provision of your services and these Terms of Use.

9.3 Your bills will be held online for a maximum of 24 months. If you wish to keep a record of your bills, save a copy of them to your computer or make hard copies by printing them out.

9.4 We will email you to let you know when your next bill is available to view. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided us with a valid email address to which you have regular access and that you periodically check with the account provider so that the address remains operational. If you use web mail to access your emails (such as hotmail), you may experience some problems receiving your email notifications. This may be because providers such as Hotmail have anti spam settings/filters which may block the email before it reaches your inbox, placing it in the your 'junk mail' folder. These emails can be retrieved by following the guidelines set out by your mail provider. If your provider’s 'anti spam settings' do block your bill notification, we cannot be held responsible for any late payment or failure to pay your bill.

9.5 You may revert to paper billing at any time by contacting our customer services on 01482 602555.

9.6 We will endeavour to ensure that online account management is available for use at all times however, we may need to undertake essential maintenance work from time to time that may interrupt the service. We will keep these interruptions to a minimum but it may not be possible for us to notify you in advance of them occurring.

9.7 To access online account management, you will need to set up an email address and password. You agree to keep these login details secure and not to share them with anyone else, as we will grant access to your account to anyone using the correct email address and password. If you believe someone else may know your login details, please call customer services immediately on 01482 602555.
