What is my router username and password?

Your main KCOM username and password is sent to you via letter or email when you join us.
Your router uses these details to connect to the internet. These are separate to your wireless username and password, for details of these, please click here.
You can find your KCOM username by logging into My Account.
If you've forgotten your username and/or password please call us on 0800 9155 777, option 2.
