2015 has been a banner year for KCOM, as our team was honoured with a number of prestigious awards from three of our most significant industry partnerships.

Cisco, eGain and Verint have each recognised our team of experts for their dedication, innovation and collaborative approach in helping customers digitally transform their customer experience.

KCOM was originally recognised by eGain in February, when our team was presented with eGain’s award for World Partner 2015.

In April, senior members of KCOM attended Cisco’s 2015 Partner Summit in Montreal, where our customer contact expertise was celebrated as our team won the Collaboration Partner of the Year award for both UK & Ireland, as well as the EMEAR region. These wins in particular recognised KCOM’s role in designing and delivering Cisco’s largest cloud-based Contact Centre deployment globally.

Finally, June saw KCOM named Best New Partner for EMEA at Verint’s Partners Summit in Barcelona. Afshin Attari, KCOM’s Director of Public Sector was on hand to accept the award, and acknowledged the value of continuing to grow our partnership:

It truly has been a stunning year for the KCOM team, but we refuse to grow complacent in building our partner relationships. This summer saw the continuation of a series of jointly-hosted breakfast briefings for our customers, combining the range of specialisations from across our partner eco-system to create sessions that inspire and educate our audiences. As for 2016? There's plenty more in store...
