KCOM has been recognised for its outstanding performance as a Cisco partner throughout 2016 with the presentation of the Customer Care Partner of the Year (2016) award which celebrates KCOM’s continued success in transforming the customer contact environments for organisations as diverse as Bupa, HMRC and NFU Mutual.
Brian Atkinson, Collaboration and Customer Experience Leader at Cisco UK & Ireland delivered the award to Phil Offord, Director of Sales at KCOM’s London office in January. He said, “KCOM was the obvious choice for the Customer Care Partner of the Year award because of its focus on frictionless journeys for its customers’ customers. KCOM’s ability to ease numerous customer migrations onto the Cisco Cloud platform makes this an easy award to present.”
