*until March 2025 (monthly price increases each March by CPI + 3.9%). Our standard price applies following the 24 month contract period.

Eligibility: For new fibre broadband residential customers who purchase, Full Fibre 175, Full Fibre 300, Full Fibre 500, or Full Fibre 900Mbps packages. This offer is available to new fibre broadband residential customers in eligible rollout areas only, excluding HU1 to HU17

Subject to network availability. Offer will be applied to your bill each month for the minimum 24-month contract, our standard published prices will apply thereafter, see kcom.com/pricing. In March of each year, your price will increase by an amount equal to the 12 month Consumer Price Index (CPI) inflation rate published by the Office for National Statistics in January of that year (i.e., the previous December CPI inflation rate) plus 3.9%. The annual price increase will be applied to our standard price for the package you are on. If you have an active offer or discount on your package at the time of the increase, the value of the offer or discount will remain the same and will continue to be deducted from the new standard price until your offer or discount expires. After the expiry of any offer or discount, your monthly price will be our current standard price at that time for that package. £24.99 connection fee applies. All other charges, including bolt-ons are unchanged. Speeds quoted are average download speeds.

Speeds

Speeds quoted are average download speeds. Minimum, maximum and average speeds are based on actual access line speeds within those postcode areas. If you receive speeds significantly below than the minimum stated here and we’re unable to fix it, you can cancel your contract at any time with no termination fee.

Where we deliver Lightstream real fibre broadband (FTTH) services, the performance of our network is unaffected by distance and configured to support the speeds that we advertise. This does not mean that you will always receive these headline speeds but we do manage our network to minimise the drops in performance. In the minority of cases where Lightstream broadband is delivered using alternative network technologies (FTTC) to deliver your broadband service the performance will vary by distance.
