For the avoidance of doubt, the new service request KPIs detailed above do not record either the draft Wholesale Reference Offers (WRO) that KCOM worked with industry in developing for the WLA and WBA markets in advance of 1 April 2018 and which we published in draft WFLLA and WFL agreements in July 2018. These were subsequently published as final drafts.
