Who is eligible?

To apply for welcome credit you must meet the following criteria:
  • Live in one of our expansion areas such as Goole, Withernsea or Hornsea (see full list of available areas here)
  • Be a new KCOM Lightstream full fibre customer
  • Have evidence that you're in contract with another provider with an early termination fee

Available credit

If you meet the criteria, you can receive the following credit depending on what package you take from us:

  • Full Fibre 100

    Up to £50
  • Full Fibre 175

    Up to £75
  • Full Fibre 300

    Up to £100
  • Full Fibre 500

    Up to £150
  • Full Fibre 900

    Up to £200

    For new Lightstream customers – available when taking 100 / 175 / 300 / 500 or 900Mbps Unlimited Lightstream package in Driffield, Nafferton, Market Weighton, Pocklington, Howden, Goole, Withernsea, Hornsea or such other areas as communicated by KCOM from time to time (KCOM’s New Fibre Build Area”).       This Offer is available to new UK residential customers who are switching from any UK broadband provider who enter into a 18-month minimum term contract for all packages excluding 30 and 50Mbps Unlimited Lightstream packages in KCOM’s New Fibre Build Area during the Offer Period.

      If your  current broadband provider charges you any early termination fees, you can claim up to £200 as a KCOM account credit capped at the amount due for broadband and line rental charges over the remaining period of your current contract (this will exclude outstanding rental charges, over-usage charges and call charges) and is dependent on the package you select as set out above. We will confirm the maximum amount of the credit we will pay to you before you agree to switch your service to KCOM.

      To claim this credit, you must have paid those early termination fees in full and send us proof of the early termination fee you have paid within 90 days of your KCOM Lightstream service being activated.

      You will receive the credit on your KCOM account within 30 days of KCOM receiving your proof of payment for your early termination fees. Offer applies to orders placed in-store, online or by telephone during the Offer Period.

      Offer available to new UK residential customers only. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Offer at any stage. Cash alternatives will not be offered. Offer invalidated if you cancel your KCOM Lightstream service before your KCOM account credit is processed.

      The Offer is administered by KCOM Group Limited, 37 Carr Lane, Hull HU1 3RE and these terms are governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
