How can I pay my bill?

There are multiple ways that you can pay your bill and each are explained in this article.

Paying your bill

The safest and easiest way to pay your bill is by Direct Debit. To set up Direct Debit, please call 0800 915 5777, option 5.

Call our 24 hour payment line on 01482 604706. Please have your credit/debit card and your 8 digit KCOM account number ready

Other ways to pay

Cash payment can be made at any PayPoint outlet using a copy of your bill.

To pay by BACS, you will need these details:
Sort code: 56-00-06
Acc. No.: 03744469

Use your account number as the reference.
Payment (Remittance) email full details of payment allocation to remittances@kcom.com
 

Some methods can take up to three working days for payment to be processed, including Faster Payments. Your payment must reach us by the date mentioned on the front of this bill. Late payments may be subject to a £10 fee.

Query about your bill?

Please note that any disputes must be made within 14 days of the date on your bill.
