How do I change my direct debit details?

Setting up a direct debit

The easiest way to pay your account is by direct debit as it provides reassurance that your bill will be paid on time. If the account you are paying from has 2 signatories, both signatures must sign the direct debit form. If you wish to set up a direct debit, please call us on 0800 9155 777, option 5.

Changing my bank details

You can also change the bank account that your Direct Debit is collected from, however, if the account has two signatories, they will both need to sign the direct debit form.
