    Enhanced SLA provides customers with same working day repair if reported before 12pm, fix before 6pm the same working day. If reported after 12pm, fix before 12pm the next working day. Our Standard SLA provides customers with the KCOM business promise, we aim to repair next working day where possible.

      The offer

      Eligibility: For new fibre broadband business customers who purchase 300, 500 or 900Mbps packages (postcodes HU1 – HU17, Driffield, Nafferton, Market Weighton, Bridlington, Pocklington, Howden, Goole, Withernsea, Hornsea or such other areas as communicated by KCOM from time to time).

      Subject to network availability. All orders are subject to a 24 month minimum term. The discounted monthly charge will be applied to your bill each month for 24 months, our standard published prices will apply thereafter, see kcom.com/pricing. £50 connection fee applies.

      Speeds

      Speeds quoted are average download speeds. Minimum, maximum and average speeds are based on actual access line speeds within those postcode areas. If you receive speeds significantly below than the minimum stated here and we’re unable to fix it, you can cancel your contract at any time with no termination fee.

      Where we deliver Lightstream real fibre broadband (FTTH) services, the performance of our network is unaffected by distance and configured to support the speeds that we advertise. This does not mean that you will always receive these headline speeds but we do manage our network to minimise the drops in performance. In the minority of cases where Lightstream broadband is delivered using alternative network technologies (FTTC) to deliver your broadband service the performance will vary by distance.
