  • Power Fibre 100 – £21.99 a month for the 24-month contract period and 1 eero router

    (monthly price will increase to £23.99 on 1 March 2027 and £25.99 on 1 March 2028)

  • Power Fibre 500 – £25.99 a month for the 24-month contract period and 1 eero router

    (monthly price will increase to £28.99 on 1 March 2027 and £31.99 on 1 March 2028)

  • Power Fibre 900 – £29.99 a month for the 24-month contract period and 2 eero routers

    (monthly price will increase to £32.99 on 1 March 2027 and £35.99 on 1 March 2028)

  Eligibility: For new fibre broadband residential customers who purchase Power Fibre 100, Power Fibre 500, or Power Fibre 900Mbps packages. This offer is available to new fibre broadband residential customers in eligible rollout areas only, excluding HU1 – HU17. Offers are subject to postcode eligibility checks. Cooling off rights apply; see the Universal Conditions for Residential Service for details. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Offer at any stage. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered.   Pricing

  *Discount will be applied to your bill each month for the minimum 24-month contract period. Free connection on Power Fibre 100, 500 and 900. Our standard published prices will apply thereafter, see kcom.com/pricing.

  In March each year, your price will increase to the prices shown above according to the package you purchase from us. We may also increase charges at any other time; if we do you will be able to cancel your agreement during the 30-day period after we announce the change and you won’t have to pay any early termination fees. If you have an active offer or discount on your package at the time of the increase, the value of the offer or discount will remain the same and will continue to be deducted from the new standard price until your offer or discount expires. The prices shown are in-contract prices. After your contract term ends, an out-of-contract charge will be applied to your bill. Please see the Price Manual for full details. After the expiry of any offer or discount, your monthly price will be our current standard price at that time for that package. All other charges, including bolt-ons, are unchanged.   All prices include VAT and are based on payment by Direct Debit and Online Billing. Payment by non-Direct Debit or paper billing are available options but subject to additional monthly charges.

  This offer is open to new residential customers who purchase a KCOM Full Fibre broadband package during the Offer Period in the following locations: Broughton, Messingham, Crowle, Epworth, Barrow, Kirton Lindsey, Hibaldstow, Haxey, Scawby and Goxhill. Geographical restrictions apply and services are subject to network availability. Eligible customers will receive a £75 voucher once their KCOM Full Fibre broadband service has been activated and the first bill has been paid in full and on time. One voucher will be issued per household. The £75 voucher will be sent via email within 60 days of successful payment of the first bill.
