This partnering approach means that both Kcom and our customers get the benefit of best in class services that these organisations can provide, and Kcom can focus on our core capabilities and delivering you a world class customer experience. 

2009

Creation of Kcom
KCOM Group Plc brought together Affiniti (its managed communications business) with its B2B telecommunications activities outside Hull and East Yorkshire, operating under the Kingston Communications brand. This new business is Kcom.

2009

Partnership with BT Wholesale
The KCOM Group signed a strategic agreement with BT Group, which saw the Group extend its network reach through access to BT's national network, and outsource the management of its network assets to BT's wholesale division.

2010

Partnership with Phoenix IT Services
Kcom announces that it has signed a multi-year contract with Phoenix IT Services to outsource the provision of its break-fix maintenance and field support services to its customers.

2011

A recent award of a contract for the Staffordshire County Council Public Services Network (PSN) is the first of its kind for Kcom, and amongst the first five regional PSNs to be established in the country. This highlights Kcom's ability to deliver complex and industry-leading solutions.
