My Wireless Details Aren't on the Label or I've Forgotten Them

If you cannot find your wireless details on a label or if you've changed your details and forgotten them, you may need to log into your router to set up new ones. We have a detailed guide here to help you with this.

If your router wasn't provided by KCOM, please contact your router manufacturer for further assistance or visit their website.
