Step 1
The eero mobile app will help you set up your new router in minutes. Simply download the app from the app store on your Apple or Android device
Step 2
Connect your eero to the fibre connection box (also known as ONT) using the ethernet cable supplied. Your eero will replace your existing router. Now plug in the power socket to switch the eero on.
Top Tip
For the name of the WiFi network, it may be easier to keep your current network name and password from your previous router. This will prevent having to reconnect all your devices. If your devices don't connect straight away, you may need to turn the WiFi off and on or restart any devices not recognising the new eero network.
Step 3
Open the eero mobile app and tap the 'New to eero?' button. Log in with your existing Amazon account or create a new eero account with your email or mobile number. If creating a new account, enter the verification code sent via SMS or email. Continue to follow the instructions on the app.
Once you have gone through these steps in the app, it may take a few minutes to reboot.
Your eero should now be ready to go!
