This guide is to help you locate your wireless name and/or password for your router.

  1. Wireless Network Name

All KCOM supplied routers and generally all modern routers bought elsewhere come with wireless (WiFi) connectivity. This is normally setup ready to be used straight out of the box and to get going, all you need to do is connect to your network with your wireless password.

Every KCOM router has its wireless details printed on the label underneath or on the back of the router, or on a card which comes in the box. This includes the wireless network name and the wireless password - both of which are needed to connect your devices.

My wireless details aren't on the label or I've forgotten them

If you cannot find your wireless details on a label or you've changed your details and forgotten them, you may need to log into your router to setup new ones. We have a guide here  to help with this.

If your router wasn't provided by KCOM, please contact your router manufacturer for further help or have a look on their website.
