Removing Paper Billing

Here you can see how you will remove paper billing for My KCOM
To save an additional £2.50 per month, you can choose to receive your bills paperless, this will be on either My KCOM or My Account .
Here, you will find how to do this depending on what your online service is.
My KCOM
When in the My KCOM app, you need to adjust this setting. You must go to:
- "Account and Settings"
- "My Profile"
- Under "Account details" it will give you the option to "Change billing method"
- You must then select whether you wish to have "Paper" or "Paperless" billing.
