How do I connect to KCOM Wi-Fi?

If you're a broadband customer, you can connect to KCOM Public Wi-Fi free of charge when you're in range of one of our hotspots.

Please be aware that you can only use your KCOM account with one device at a time for free Wi-Fi.

 

Not a KCOM broadband customer?

You can still connect and enjoy 20 minutes free a day.

Where do I find my Wi-Fi username and password?

You can find your Wi-Fi username and password on My Account. Log in first with your email address and password, then select Services > Broadband.

Now scroll down to the bottom and look for the section labelled KCOM public Wi-Fi to find your username and password.

I want to connect as a KCOM broadband customer

  1. Find a Wi-Fi hotspot
     
  2. Connect to KCOM Free Wi-Fi
     
  3. Press the KCOM Customer Login button and sign in using your KCOM Public Wi-Fi username and password
     
  4. Your device is now connected and you can enjoy FREE city centre public Wi-Fi without having to log in again
 

Something to note

Whenever you're in range of a KCOM Wi-Fi hotspot, your device will connect automatically but to use any apps, you'll need to open your device's browser first.

Please be aware that you can only use your KCOM account with one device at a time for free Wi-Fi.

I want to connect as a Pay and Go customer

  1. Find a Wi-Fi hotspot
     
  2. Connect to KCOM Free Wi-Fi
     
  3. A notification will appear asking you to log in. Under the Not a KCOM customer? section, sign in with your email address and press the Get Online button
     
  4. Your device is now connected and you can enjoy 20 minutes free a day

Once you've used up your 20 minutes, you'll have the option to buy more data on a pay as you go basis - just follow the on screen instructions.

What if 'KCOM Free Wi-Fi' isn't found by my device?

If this happens, it's likely that you're not within range of a KCOM Public Wi-Fi access point. Find out if you're in a KCOM Wi-Fi location by checking here.
