Let's get your landline fibre ready
We’re taking a phased approach to switching customers from copper to fibre over the next few years, but we expect everyone to be fully upgraded by 2025.
Customers will be switched from copper to fibre on an area-by-area basis starting with Beverley in April 2023.
Don’t worry, this won’t come as a surprise, we’ll contact you to let you know when it’s happening in your area in plenty of time. We’ll then change your copper landline to a fibre phoneline.
