Will this cost me anything?

No. Moving you from the old copper network to the fibre network won’t cost you anything – even if you need an engineer visit, as this is an industry wide upgrade.

You may notice that there is usually a connection fee when changing from our standard broadband service to one of our Full Fibre tariffs, you don't need to worry about this as this would be waived as part of the changeover for you.
