What's my Account Reference Number?

You can find your account reference number either on your paper bill, or online via My Account.

You can find your account reference number by logging into My Account. At the top left of the page, you'll see your account reference number.
Account reference on your paper bill
Looking at the front of your paper bill, your account reference number is in Section 2 on the right hand side as shown in the picture below:
Contacting us for your account reference
If you can't get access to your account using My Account or you don't have a paper bill to hand, don't worry - you can get your account reference number by visiting our contact us page.
