I want to add an authorised contact to my account

Adding an authorised user to your account means they can call up to discuss and make certain changes to your account.

You can add someone to your account as authorised as long as you're the account holder. To add the person as authorised, we'll need their full name and date of birth. They'll also need to know your security password.

To add someone as authorised, please contact us either by Live Chat, or by calling our Customer Services team on 01482 602555.

What does it give permission for?

An authorised contact will be able to make decisions on your behalf about your account, such as booking engineers and changing your package.

What can't an authorised user do?

An authorised user:

  • Cannot change the security question or answer
  • Cannot add or remove another authorised user
  • Cannot change the marketing preferences set on the account
 

Something to note

To add someone to your account as an authorised contact, they must be at least 18 years of age.
