How to switch to paperless billing, whether you use My KCOM or MyAccount.
Why go paperless?
Paper bills cost £2.50 a month. Switching to paperless billing means no charge, and it helps us on our journey to become a Net Zero company.
Which online service do you use?
You will follow different steps depending on whether you use the My KCOM app or the MyAccount website.
|
Something to note Not sure which one you use? If you log in through the KCOM app on your phone, that is My KCOM. If you log in via a web browser at kcom.com, that is MyAccount. |
If you use My KCOM (app)
- Go to Account & Settings.
- Select My Profile.
- Under Account details, select Change billing method.
- Choose Paper or Paperless.
If you use MyAccount (web)
- Go to www.kcom.com/home and click Log in. Do not have an account? Click Register and fill in your details.
- From the home page, select Settings on the left, then Manage Accounts.
- Select the Paper Bills button.
- In the pop-up asking if you want a paper bill, select No, thanks.
- You will see a confirmation banner at the top of the screen once it has worked.
What happens next?
Once you are set to paperless, you will get an email every time a new bill is ready, with a link to view it in your account or download it as a PDF.
Want to switch back to paper billing?
Follow the same steps above and choose Paper (My KCOM) or select Yes, please at the pop-up (MyAccount). Paper billing is charged at £2.50 per bill.
