Going Paperless with KCOM

How to switch to paperless billing, whether you use My KCOM or MyAccount.

Why go paperless?

Paper bills cost £2.50 a month. Switching to paperless billing means no charge, and it helps us on our journey to become a Net Zero company.

Which online service do you use?

You will follow different steps depending on whether you use the My KCOM app or the MyAccount website.

Something to note

Not sure which one you use? If you log in through the KCOM app on your phone, that is My KCOM. If you log in via a web browser at kcom.com, that is MyAccount.

If you use My KCOM (app)

  1. Go to Account & Settings.
  2. Select My Profile.
  3. Under Account details, select Change billing method.
  4. Choose Paper or Paperless.

If you use MyAccount (web)

  1. Go to www.kcom.com/home and click Log in. Do not have an account? Click Register and fill in your details.
  2. From the home page, select Settings on the left, then Manage Accounts.
  3. Select the Paper Bills button.
  4. In the pop-up asking if you want a paper bill, select No, thanks.
  5. You will see a confirmation banner at the top of the screen once it has worked.

What happens next?

Once you are set to paperless, you will get an email every time a new bill is ready, with a link to view it in your account or download it as a PDF.

Want to switch back to paper billing?

Follow the same steps above and choose Paper (My KCOM) or select Yes, please at the pop-up (MyAccount). Paper billing is charged at £2.50 per bill.
