How do I cancel my account?

We're really sorry you're thinking of leaving us. In this article, we explain how to cancel your account along with any notice you may need to give us.

If you'd like to cancel because of issues with your service, we'd love the opportunity to fix this. If your speeds are significantly below the minimum stated on our website and we're unable to fix it in a reasonable time, you can cancel your contract without early termination charges. More information is included in your contract or you can contact us to discuss.

If you're thinking about cancelling because you don't feel that you're getting the best value for money, it could be that your package no longer suits your needs. It's always worth taking a look at our latest packages to see if a different one provides what you need, or you can start a Live Chat and speak to an expert advisor who can talk you through your options.

In the event that an account holder has sadly passed away, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we'll be sure to take you through all the available options.

Under normal circumstances we require 30 days' notice for cancellation. If you're still within your minimum contract term you may be subject to early termination fees.
