Changing your package

You can change your Lightstream, broadband or telephone package with us at any time and below is all the information you need about how to go about it.

Selecting your package

Whether you're a new or existing KCOM customer, all of our broadband and telephone packages are available to view and order online.

Once your order is completed, we may need to contact you if an engineering appointment is required.

Checking your order status

Once you've placed an order online, you can view the status by logging into My Account. Once you've logged in go to Order History and then Order Details.

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
